I am not even sure if I know how to ask this correctly. I am currently writing a book, and I am not sure how to set up page break to add in the word 'chapter one, two, and so on' and keep everything neat and tidy. I am using Microsoft Word Starter (not sure what year) on my Toshiba. You could say that I am uneducated with this program.

I'm not sure how Microsoft Word Starter works, so it could be different. In Word 2010, the best way to do it is to define different Styles for your chapter headers. This can be found on the "Home" tab, and you can either use the predefined ones, or create your own.
Alternatively, if Word Starter doesn't support that, you can just go to "Insert->Page Break" then type in Chapter 1, 2, etc. in bold or a different font or something.
