Aside from setting up an LLC to help keep my business of writing somewhat organized, what about insurance? And by that I mean media perils or media liability insurance. There are many reasons to consider it; I have cooking recipes in the back of my novels and the last thing I want is a lawsuit because someone was allergic to peanuts and they were not smart enough to realize my Shanghai Peanut-crusted Red Fish actually had peanuts in the dish.

So, anyone have advice? Experience? Ignore the whole thing and hope for the best?
