Even though I registered a few months ago, with the closing of Authorstand I am just now getting on the site to check it out.  I am looking forward to reading and learning from the folks here.  As I posted in my first story's authors notes, I consider myself to be a 45 year old rookie.  I am an insurance agent who has recently discovered writing, after talking about wanting to do it forever.  I hope to be involved here for a long time and learn from the folks here.  Thanks to Authorstand for getting the word out about this site.
