Two quick questions I thought it might be more useful sitting out here rather than running it through the live chat:
1) Any idea when the store will be online?
2) I tried to upload a cover of my own design, but the publishing tool wants to put its own title and attribution on it, which I've already done. Is there any way around this?

Hi Brandi, thanks for the pointer. I asked here because I was pretty sure that other people would want to know the answers to my questions, but the live chat guys were more than helpful enough.
In that spirit, here's the answers:
1) Currently unknown
2) I'm an idiot and in need to read all the buttons on a page, because one of them will generally do what I need.
