Writing the novel was just the beginning. Now it's time to talk about your book with agents and enrolling them for representation.
First, before you write a query letter or go to a pitch session at a writers conference, figure out your answer to that constant question, "So, what's your book about?"
After all everyone is going to ask you the same thing so it's best to take the time to figure out what to say.
If you've invested the time to craft a really great book, take this next step of investing your time to think about your succinct, concise and engaging answer to the most common question about your book: what's it about?
Oh - and the second most common question you'll have to answer: "So, why did you write it?"
Think about it. Let's discuss.
