Greetings everyone - my name - as you may have guessed is John DeJordy. Ever since the late 70s and early 80s, I have loved fantasy. It was sparked by my chemistry teacher and enhanced when I actually met Gary Gygax. Since that time, I'd always find myself jotting paragraphs down here and there - disjointed ideas. In the early 90s, I joined a LARP, and quickly got to work on their plot, writing for the game and for the players. In 2000, I - along with 4 friends - created a business called EPIC, llc. which was our own LARP.
The biggest change for me was participating in the National Novel Writing Month in 2002 - which actually started me in the process of writing. Since then, I've been writing my stories - but wasn't having luck.
Hopefully, by joining this place, I can ask for your help in refining my idea so all can enjoy.
I once told myself that I'd do this for free if people could just enjoy my writings - and if I can make a penny or two - that is great.
