Hi all! Like most of us, I expect I write in my spare time and work full time in order to pay the bills. So I'm not always able to keep up.

I write what I'm curious about--other times, relationships both romantic and non, action, history--at least so I thought until an agent told me my novel was "a love story." <shrug> He also said I needed another plot layer. While I'm not sure he's the agent for me, I DO admire his classes on writing and respect his critiquing, hence, I've more work to do on my 14th C English novel (with a skosh of time travel).

I hope to get to know everyone, and read a lot, which I do when I'm working through plot issues . At this point, I have questions about what we're required to do, so I think I'll go and read a bit more.
