but they're so similar can't they be combined?

what's the reasoning behind having two of the same [vaguely similar] thing?

what's the difference?

also, there is this topic

Workshopping and Reviewing

and a topic called

Revision 

so, at least to me, there seems to be a lot of unnecessary repetition going on along with a lot of spreading thing out that don't need to be divided.
