Does anyone know of any good collaborative editing software? In particular, something that shows the edit page and original page side by side, or lets you add edit marks to the original and show the corrected version next to it? And or, something that lets you add notes or change things in realtime, with another person watching, perhaps different colors for the different participants?
Thanks.

Have you looked into the "track changes" and other options for MS Word?

Movie Magic, Final Draft and Celtx all offer collaboration tools. You can download trials of MM and FD. Celtx is free, so maybe give that a whirl first.
