Let's get this out there: did you love or hate THE HUNGER GAMES adaptation? In particular, what did you think about the way in which Katniss's unique POV was recreated (or NOT!)?

I liked it. Didn't love it. They missed too many of the subtleties of the book, made it all SHINY and Hollywood. But I thought Jennifer Lawrence was outstanding!

To be honest, I thought the book was mediocre at best, but I know I'm in the minority. The movie was typical Hollywood entertainment, but I have no problem with that. I agree, Jennifer Lawrence had a nice presence.
