why don't our avatars show up when we post in the forums like on other sites?

Hi Katie! It has to do with the way our discussion board was built after we did a site re-launch in 2013. It's definitely something I want to change in the future.

thanks for the quick reply. there are other things i like about the comment format. we can change font and use bold italics underline without code.
