I'm persistently getting this error and can't find any information that might reveal why.

I recently joined book country and completed one review today. I created a new book and tried to upload a Word file, which got me the above error message.

I then tried just pasting plain text into the form field. When I clicked, "save" I once again saw only the above error message in the book text form field.

I deleted the book and tried again from scratch with the same result.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Is the document you're trying to upload in a .doc format? Trying to upload in a different format can give errors.

If this isn't the problem, then contact Lucy Silag. She can probably help.

Will do. But I got the same error pasting in plain text, so the doc format clearly isn't the issue...
