I'd personally like to give a Valentine to Rylan Saintcrow from Amanda Ashley's "As Twilight Falls" in hopes that I could spend some time in Morgan Creek. I sure could use a vacation from the rest of the world. And since Morgan Creek isn't on any map, it would be easy to get lost! Sure I might be ravished every now and again, but being "his willing prisoner" is a small price to pay for a little R & R at the most exclusive house in all of the American West!

Death, from Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's Good Omens. I'm sure the poor guy never gets a valentine, and really, it's about time. Plus, think of all the great death-related puns that would work on the front of a valentine's card!

I have to say Mr. Darcy, but it has to be Colin Firth's Mr. Darcy. I read P&P a few years ago and don't recall being knocked out by the book Darcy. Maybe I'd better read it again.

The character I would give a Valentine to is a character I know not many people are not familiar with. Her name
is Candy Marshall. She is the hero in "A Gathering of Old Men" a Ernest J. Gaines novel.
Candy Marshall will you be my Valentine.
