Hey there,

I have a friend I've been trying to get to come here from another site, but he's been having a devil of a time logging in. He'll get in once, then the next time, the site makes him reset his password before he can get in again. He's tried this on several browsers and computers to rule out an issue there. Any ideas I can give him? (He's emailed BC, but I don't know what email or whom--no response yet).
