My two novels are Impersonal Injury and Mistaken Identity. Impersonal Injury is about a young female lawyer who gets a job in a personal injury firm in lower Manhattan, only to find out how corrupt her bosses are. They get disbarred, she takes over - only to engage in her own version of hanky-panky!
Mistaken Identity is about a law student who gets mistakenly identified as the perpetrator of a rape. Although he is able to establish an alibi, the DA is determined to go ahead with the case, and he must retain a high-profile lawyer to defend him.
Mistaken Identity is a fictionalized version of what happened to me thirty years ago; Impersonal Injury is based on my experiences as a personal injury attorney.
