Short Bio:
A former Product Manager and small business owner, I now care for my 9-year old son (who has Spina Bifida) and write. I also have a 15-year old autistic, mentally impaired son who is enrolled in a residential school in Virginia. My degree is in Comp. Sci., but that was a long time ago.
I started writing fiction at the age of nine, when a class at the West LA Parks Department seemed more fun than doing nothing all summer. I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia.
I've completed four novels in the YA paranormal fantasy genre, but I have plans to write many more. My current work is a trilogy, the Queen of the Night series, about ancient magic in a modern, rural community.
SEEING MAGIC was a first-round winner in the 2013 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Awards contest.
HEALING HANDS, was a 2012 NanoWriMo winner.
SAVING DAYLIGHT is my current work-in-progress.
