I enjoy reading mystery and historical non-finction, particular about WWII, Korea, Vietnam and even Iran. I used to read a lot more before I started writing. In the 8th grade I wrote a 10, 000 word short story that I was very proud of. My English teacher gave me an F because the story was supposed to be 2, 000 words. For decades I hated writing until I sold my company and re-retired. After two weeks I couldn't stand retirment and my daughter talked me into writing a novel. Since then I've written a total of three novels. One has been published and the other two are seeking a publisher. The protagonist in all is Moose Moesel, a small business owner who wins the lottery and embarks on a life of helping those who can't help themselves. He has 5 associates who help him right wrongs. They're easy reads, in the same fashion as Dick Francis and Robin Cook. I have plans for 10 novels in the Stesti series. I plan 7 novels in the Corky Calhoun series.
