I write a lot about self-reflection, memories, and scars. I love to dig deeply into myself, and find the reasons behind sounds and emotions so my writing may reflect different tiers of life as accurately as possible. I feel with all of myself, and I find that this is a shimmering resignation of who I really am within my writing. Writing is the biggest passion I have in my life, and I could not imagine existing without it. It is engrained in me.
In terms of reading, once I start a book, it is impossible for me to put it down. I choose books that I know will peak my interest, and do not judge them by the cover or the description on the back. I always support the writing community with my whole heart in any ways that I can, and I always give books a chance. I will frequently take recommendations from my peers on new texts to read. I am interested in a broad range of topics, including, but not limited to, politics, sociology, women studies, and fiction.
