While consulting to the leaders of corporate America, I published two books on the use and abuse of corporate power: The Power Handbook and its fictional sequel, Turf and Other Corporate Power Plays. As the first book was going to press, I lost my husband. I tell about my personal journey through loss, fear, anger and love in Widow's Walk. After retiring from Wall Street, I finally turned to writing my first novel. The Stranger Box is a psychological thriller in which an abandoned daughter seeks revenge against her narcissistic mother. That novel is finished. I am now working on a combination memoir, philosophy and how to book called The Hourglass. It's about aging, dealing with the medical profession and confronting one's own mortality.
