If only I could split myself in half, I'd be reading all day with my creative half. But I write constantly, having just finished and self-published my first novel "A Collector of Affections: Tales from a Woman's Heart." I'm now on my second book but that's a memoir about my encounter with a homeless woman on a New York City street and our journey that returned her to her family in Italy. I've written freelance travel articles for years, now mostly for the Web and select publication. Since I received a Kindle last Christmas, I am much better read than in years past -- mostly non-fiction. That surprises me since I wrote a terrific novel and should read more of them. Open to suggestions.
