My satirical novel "Santa Fe Crazy" was published in 1999. I spent the next several years developing a board game called Sixth Sense. It sold nationwide at independent bookstores. I began to write fulltime when I moved to Missouri from New Mexico to care for my elderly mother in 2006. My novel "Latitude 38" was published in April, 2011. I am presently working on two other novels. I'm a fussy reader. My top two reads are Stephen King and Joyce Carol Oates. I write for about four hours each day, seven days a week. My agent is Leticia Gomez. I also write screenplays. One was optioned by Antibody Films in Hollywood in 2008: "Andy Sweet and the $20 Gold Piece." In 2009 I signed with Abbott Management for a second screenplay, "New York By 3."
