I am a frustrated historian at heart, that goes ballistic when someone doesn't do a modicum of research. Yes, I use pseudonyms due to my real job. I essentially write the books that I want to read, but no one had done them yet. I do all my own contracts and all my own stunts. I am convinced I totally suck as a writer, but for some reason people keep wanting to buy my stuff. I figure they have no taste, but will accept their money.
My dream job used to be to own a book store, but amazon pretty much killed that. My next dream job is to run a very high quality specialty press. I keep thinking I should do this and print cool e-books in really (really) nice copies. But I am too lazy. I will opine on anything, even if I am wrong. Although I rarely am, thus the nickname "the Cassandra of the modern age."
I like to talk to cool people. I generate far too many ideas to ever do. and wish someone would just give me a pile of money and tell me to do something good.
