Like many, I have been writing fiction for most of my life, but only seriously since about 2009. In that time I have completed about a half dozen short stories: a western that was published by Frontiertales.com, a literary short published in 'A Year in Ink Anthology IV, ' as well as some humor and fantasy that I have self-published in e-form on Smashwords and Kindle.
Since I began writing seriously, I have penned two fantasy novels. The first I queried for a few months before feedback resulted in me shelving the project. The second is currently being queried. I am currently working on a third book, a police drama with a focus on domestic abuse. For this book I am draing quite a bit on my five plus years working in law enforcement. I have also gone back to the first book and envision, after a major re-write, splitting it in two.
My dream has always been to be a traditionally published fantasy author. However, I have since become a fan of e publishing and have explored other genres.
