I love to read a good epic fantasy or a sweeping adventure in nearly any genre. I tend to write sword and sorcery type fantasy novels, although 'The Last Good Knight' is somewhat of a departure from that; as it does not rely on magic as heavily as my other tales do. It is based in the fictitious world of Waldeyn, and building that world was a lot of fun. As most authors do I fall in love with my characters, and can't stop thinking about them when I am in the throes of writing a book.
'The Rose Tower' is an adventure based in the world of Neveyah. World building, creating strange and interesting beasts and crafting the magic are my main areas of interest as an author. The tension and the action seem to follow once I have my beasts and my character's abilities fully drawn in an outline form.
