My writing is intended to be clear and concise. I seek out cleanliness in presentation and orderliness in my thoughts. To me, the greatest writing makes for great reading, and the aural notes of the best writing read aloud are better music than the keenest symphony.
As a reader, I am an ever-hungering horde of desire for abundance, increase, and subsistence. The writers who inspired me to be a writer still do so. Their words are a salve on those days when the mundane requirements of living force me to turn my back on the keyboard.
The most fantastic gift someone can give me is a good ball-point pen and a tablet of graph paper. I find promise in their pedestrian simplicity.
With a pen, paper, a boat deck, or a quiet ride into the mountains, my heart sings, and my mind is at peace.
