I've always been a voracious reader. The kind of kid who got yelled at for reading with a flashlight under the covers way past bedtime. As a kid, my drug of choice was normally Nancy Drew novels, but oooh happy day was it when I got the few coveted Nancy Drew and Hardy Boy combo books! Heavenly! I've expanded my reading choices to be as eclectic as my music taste, but it's mostly a steady diet of the YA category.

Much like my reading, my writing stays in the YA category. I like to trip the light fantastic there and sashay from genre to genre: contemporary, paranormal, soft sci-fi and fantasy. I find it hard to stick to a specific genre because I have so many crazy stories in my mind. I must unleash them lest they drive me mad!
